SS Olympic 29-4-17. Arrived Liverpool 7-5-17. Assigned 25th Reserve for Training and Administration. Taken on Strength 18th Battalion 18-12-17. Hospitalized 10-1-18, German Measles. Returned to Canadian Reinforcements 27-2-18. Taken on Strength 18th Battalion in the field 8-8-18. Wounded 28-8-18, GSW right knee and tibia. Globe & Mail Casualty List 8-9-18 under Infantry reports wounded. Returned to Canada SS Aquitania 25-5-19. Demobilized Toronto 27-5-19.
