Returned aboard SS Missinabe 28-10-17, Quebec City, Quebec. Medical Board Quebec P.Q. recommends discharge, medically unfit. Discharged Toronto 14-1-18, Pysically Unfit. Died 1947, buried Huxley Cemetery.
