Sailed with 194th Battalion 14 Nov. 16, aboard SS Olympic Halifax N.S. Taken on Strength 3rd CMGC, 19-8-17. Given permission to marry, 28-9-17. Evacuated to Hospital, 5-11-17, shell shock.
