Taken on Strength 47th Battalion 28-3-18. Returned aboard SS Empress of Britain 4-6-19, Halifax, N.S. Demobilized London 6-6-19. On 1921 Census, John and Mary Padfield, plus 3 children, Mt Forest. Find a Grave: died 1966, buried Mount Forest Cemetery.
