Trade listed as Physician. DOB 12-9-75. NOK Florence Perry, wife, married 25-12-00 at Schomberg, Ontrio. Enlisted 30-3-16, lists service Medical Officer 30th Wellington Regiment. Appointed Medical Officer 153rd Battalion. On Nominal Roll 30th Wellington Regiment Camp London June 1913, Captain - Surgeon. On 153rd Battalion Nominal Roll 17-6-16. On 153rd Nominal Rolls as published Guelph Mercury 10-6-16 and 1-12-16 as Medical Officer. Embarked with 153rd Halifax N.S. SS Olympic 29-4-17. Taken on Strength Canadian Hospital, Bromley, England. Courtney letter dated 17-11-17 reports: "...He saw doctor Perry at the convalescent hospital at a place called Browley." Served in Hospitals, England only. MD#1 Standing Orders London, Demobilized Ottawa 27-1-19. Ontario Marriage Registry (04280) married 9-5-28 (widower) to Margaret Tento Burrows at Mount Forest. On 1921 Census for Mt Forest, Arthur and Florence plus 3 sons. Ontario Death Records (037142) died 12-7-37 at Mount Forest, cause of death Coronary Thrombosis.
